maybe cursing an end user's PC is a little bit much. Now, I appreciate a fully immersive experience. I can provide system specs and though a screen shot won't help with the Controller issues, I can show the displayed language in it if that is useful. I have verified all of my drivers are up to date, and Win 10 is up to date as well.Īny help or advice on fixing these problems would be appreciated. The newest game from developer Massive Monster (Adventure Pals. I will be Uninstalling again, and looking for any files associated with the game so I can remove them and try a clean new install. J(Credit: Devolver Digital) Animal Crossing meets Darkest Dungeon in Devolver Digital’s upcoming Cult of the Lamb. I tried an uninstall and reinstall with no success. I ultimately had to alt-f4 out of the game. I can't get into the settings at all to even try to make changes back to what the original settings are because the prompt isn't responding to key presses or controller input. Shortly after the above started happening, there was a weird almost staccato sound, and the language on the screen changed to a Kanji script, I'm not sure which language. During the following gameplay, despite having restarted with the controller and having no Keyboard prompts for navigation, those prompts came back, and the character just kept walking in the last direction the controller was pressed. Cult of the Lamb is one of the few that do and it tells me to use a controller - taking options away when I do so seems like an oversight. Deciding to switch to Controller to navigate the menus seemed to work, but did not correct the problem without restarting the game. 1 level 2 Op 4 days ago To be fair, most games that expect you to use a keyboard do not have any typing involved - platformers and action-adventures rarely have much use for naming things. First time trying to use the keyboard, it wouldn't respond to a keystroke more than once in around twenty tries, and when it did respond, it had the character just start walking in the one direction (whichever of the rare keystrokes responded to) but didn't recognizew the release of the keystroke, causing the character to walk in tho a wall like an afk PC in an MMO. I have a Logitech f310 wired gamepad I use for gaming on the PC, and my keyboard hooked up.
